Dedicated researchers have CRACKED THE CODE and discovered the following: The ALL CAPITALS NAME is a "legal fiction" -- a separate entity from you, that does not actually exist. But unless someone questions its existence, it is PRESUMED to exist! The fictional entity designated by the ALL CAPITALS NAME is commonly called the Strawman. The Strawman, since it is only a fiction and not a real human, has NO constitutional rights. However, if you answer to the ALL CAPITALS NAME in court, or by letters or otherwise, then the Strawman is presumed to be you. All is not lost. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) governs all dealings in commercial paper -- basically, any document with a "$" on it. Commercial paper names the Strawman as the party who is liable. According to the UCC, you can enter into a written transaction, called ACCEPTING FOR VALUE, any commercial paper involving the Strawman. When you accept that commercial paper for value, the confused relationship between you and the Strawman gets straightened out.
